Thank you for your order! We promise to do our best delivering an amazing product and customer service. If you are dissatisfied, we want to know about it. Please keep the following in mind:
-You may cancel your order prior to shipment, and will receive a full refund.
-When placing an order, you accept our Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully!
-Orders will be refunded on a case by case basis. Please call the shop if you have any issues with your order. You may also email us after business hours and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can make it right! Refunds may require return of the unsatisfactory product. For cancelled orders, you must give notice 24 hours in advance.
